Rob Zerban For Congress

KENOSHA – In response to President Barack Obama's State of the Union speech, Rob Zerban reacted by saying:

"President Obama was right to tackle the issues of tax policy and our struggling economy in tonight's State of the Union address. President Obama talked about the need for an economy that works for everyone, and I agree. Congress' misplaced priorities, coupled with reckless Wall Street greed and an unfair tax code, have devastated the middle class. We need to help the hard working people of the First District, and all Americans, by providing a first-rate education, investing in infrastructure, creating high-technology jobs, and protecting Medicare and Social Security. Finally, we must ensure that big corporations and the wealthiest Americans pay their fair share so we can maintain the programs we need to ensure opportunity for all Americans while reducing the debt. This is the message that the voters of Wisconsin, this great nation, and our Congress, need to hear."
