Prominent Democratic pollster Paul Maslin's survey of 405 likely voters revealed that "Rob Zerban is well-positioned to give incumbent Paul Ryan the toughest fight of his career, with a very good chance to upset him."

This moderate district, evenly divided on both President Barack Obama and Governor Scott Walker, is the kind of swing district Democrats must win to retake the house.
